The location was like OMG amazing! So close to everything - buses, trains, shops, supermarkets - it made exploring the city a breeze. And even though we were on the top floor with no lift, the view of the mountains from our window was jaw-dropping! The apartment itself was super spacious for the price, with a bedroom that had 3 comfy single beds and a bathroom with all the necessary amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the staff were so friendly and helpful with any issues we had. Canoeing was also available nearby, which was a fun bonus. Plus, they allowed pets! an absolutely mind-blowing experience!

Lack of communication and responsiveness from the staff. It would have been helpful to receive information about check-in in advance and the presence of a steep staircase.

Best aspects of my xmas stay were the spaciousness of the rooms and the convenient location of the hotel. The rooms were large enough to accommodate my family comfortably, and the close proximity to the train station made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. the small balcony in our room provided us with beautiful views, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The lack of responsiveness from the host and the absence of clear instructions. We encountered difficulties with the key lock upon arrival, as we were not provided with the code beforehand.
